Airport Check-in & Boarding Time

Passengers are required to be present at the airport at least 4 hours before departure.
Check-in counters open 4 hours prior to departure, and according to international aviation regulations, passenger check-in systems automatically close 1 hour before departure.
After this time, airlines will refuse passenger acceptance, even if the passenger is physically present in the terminal.


Airport & Terminal Awareness

To avoid missing your flight, please carefully consider the distance to the airport as well as the arrival and departure terminals when purchasing your ticket.


Visa Responsibility

If your trip requires a visa, you must ensure before purchasing the ticket that:

Any mismatch or issue related to visa validity is entirely the passenger’s responsibility.

Online Check-in Requirement

For certain flights and international airlines—especially when neither the origin nor the destination is Iran—passengers are required to complete Online Check-in via the airline’s official website.

Failure to successfully complete Online Check-in may result in:


Taxes & Non-Refundable Charges

At the time of ticket issuance, a portion of the payment is collected as taxes related to the origin and destination countries, which may be non-refundable.

In simple terms:


Sequential Use of Flight Coupons

For scheduled (system) flights, flight coupons must be used in the exact order shown on the ticket.
If the outbound flight coupon is not used, the return flight coupon will become invalid and cannot be used.

Round-Trip Tickets with Different Airlines

If a passenger purchases a round-trip ticket using two different airlines, and one leg of the journey is affected by delay, rescheduling, or cancellation by the airline, the opposite leg will be refunded according to the flight provider’s rules and policies.


Mandatory Online Check-in (Non-Iran Departure Flights)

Please note that Online Check-in is mandatory for all flights where the journey does not start in Iran.
